Background

Hello! I have been a resident of New Mexico for 5 years and love living here with my husband and two children.

I believe that we all need some support in life. I see a therapist regularly myself. Meaning-making is really important to me because it’s been a focus of my own life for the last few years. I know what it feels like to know how truly fortunate you are while also not knowing how to proceed in life. I think working with people in recovery is wonderful.

There is such a capacity for growth and change. It reminds me that we’re all capable of the same and it’s an honor to help encourage that. I like to preach the good of self-care, but it is a daily struggle to remember to do it myself. I love spending time with my amazing family and friends. I believe in grace and kindness and . I’m a feminist who thinks constantly about intersectionality. ALL Black Lives Matter. I am also a vocal ally of the LGBTQ community.

Currently treating individuals through telehealth.
